We strive to deliver the most pleasant online shopping experience and we provide that by making shipping simple and cheap with a low flat rate of $5.00 for any order under $150.00. It doesn't get much better than that.

Returns and Exchanges

Winds of Change Boutique allows full returns in form of payment method used, provided that return requests are made within 10 days from the date of order confirmation and that you follow the instructions below. All returned merchandise must be unworn, unused and in original condition with all original tags attached. Winds of Change Boutique has the right to refuse return of any merchandise that Winds of Change Boutique determines does not meet these requirements. Sale items, jewelry, sunglasses, lingerie and swimwear are not returnable and all sales of this merchandise are final. Original shipping and handling costs are not refundable and you are responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with returning merchandise. At the time of return, you may specify your preference (I) exchanging the returned merchandise or (II) receiving the amount of the credit for the returned merchandise in the form of a store credit. All exchanges are subject to availability of the item requested in the exchange and are subject to your payment of any cost difference for the item as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Gifts may be exchanged for an item of the same value or an item of greater value; provided you pay any cost difference as well as any additional shipping, taxes and import duties. Order Cancellation Policy

All orders are automatically uploaded to our secure merchant processor which incurs fees. If you cancel your order BEFORE it has been shipped, you will be assessed a 10% cancellation fee before credit is issued. If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, the Product Return Policy Information listed at the top of the page must be followed. Orders which are refused at delivery will be assessed all of the applicable fees listed above - including the return fee, our incurred shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee.
